- Restarting Your Device: As part of the process, we will need to restart your device. Please make sure to have your phone password handy to expedite the process.
4. Arrival Time:
- We kindly request that you arrive at the appointment location 5 minutes before your scheduled time. This will help us maintain a smooth flow and minimize any potential delays.

- Our representatives will be stationed at a designated table to help you with the SIM card replacement process. They will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a quick and hassle-free transition.

7. Setting Up Your Voice Mails:
